1. How do I secure an apartment?

To secure an apartment we require full payment via this site. Amount due is accommodation cost plus 4% card fee. Strictly no parties - hen/stags etc. A damage deposit of £500.00 will be requested after booking. This is fully refunded if the apartment is left in a tidy state and no noise complaints are received.

2. What time are the check-in and check-out times?

Check out time 12pm, Check in time, from 4pm. Outside these hours may be possible and this needs to be arranged in advance. A late check in fee of £40 is payable for arrivals after 10pm (only for Shoreditch apartment) .

3. Is there a minimum rental period?

We normally have a minimum 3 night rental, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter visits if our bookings' schedule allows.

4. Are utility charges included in the rental rates that you have quoted?

Yes. The rental figure quoted is an inclusive amount. No other charges for things such as cleaning, linen, utilities or taxes will be added. We have a 4% merchant service fee for credit card transactions.

5. What are the number of occupants per serviced apartment?

Our apartments have different configurations which are detailed. The maximum number of occupants is agreed at time of booking.

6. What is the check in and collection of keys procedure?

A member of The Framerys will meet you at the property with the keys and show you around the apartment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card used for booking upon check-in.

7. How should I leave the apartment at check out?

The apartment should be left in a clean and tidy state. Clean and tidy is the state the apartment was in at the time of check in.

9. What do your apartments come with?

A welcome folder is found in all of the apartments with information and help on using the apartment and about the local area. We supply toilet paper, cleaning products and washing powder.

Television and broadband internet access are available. Please note we can not guarantee uninterrupted internet service due to unforeseen circumstances.

Iron & ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven or gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle and toaster, bed linen and towels. We are happy to supply baby cots and high-chairs at no cost if required.

10. Do we provide cleaning services?

Cleaning can arranged for a fee of £40 (this includes bedlinen and towel change).

11. Cancellation

You will be charged the total price after reservation. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show no refund will be issued.
We strongly advise the purchase of travel insurance to cover for any loss
