These are the terms and conditions that apply when you make a transaction with The Framerys Ltd. Registered address is 275 Corfield Street, London, ENGLAND E2 0DU.

The Framerys Ltd (UK) trading as The Framerys Ltd is an on-line booking agent. We own and manage the properties advertised on the site. When you book accommodation published at the agreement to rent is between you and The Framerys Ltd.

The Framerys Ltd accepts the booking and payment on the understanding that all Guests have read, understood and accept the terms.

The Framerys Ltd requires payment to be paid immediately to confirm the apartment.

Cancelation of the booking must be submitted to The Framerys Ltd by e-mail who will confirm receipt thereof. The Framerys Ltd will retain or refund in accordance to our cancelltipn policy. A request to reduce the term of the booking will be regarded as a cancellation.

The Visitor may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the Property and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the Property.

The Visitor shall maintain and leave the Property in a clean and tidy condition, or failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being charged.

The Visitor shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighboring occupiers (Eg. loud music) and will comply with the By-Laws that apply to the Property.

Animals (any kind) are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager.

Information that we provide is supplied in good faith and reasonable measures are taken to ensure the accuracy thereof. However, no warranties are expressed or otherwise implied relating to accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security. Information is provided on the understanding that The Framerys Ltd is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.

The Framerys Ltd will endeavor to describe the Property and its position to the best of their ability and in good faith. No liability or damages will be accepted by The Framerys Ltd for mis-description.

The Framerys Ltd will not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, expense or inconvenience to person or property that you or any third party may suffer arising out of or in any way connected with your reservation and stay at the Property. The Guest is advised to take out insurance to cover any loss, damage or personal injury.

The Framerys Ltd has the right to inspect the Property at any stage during the booking period.

Reasonable notice will be given by the Agent for the inspection unless the Agent has reasonable grounds to believe that the Property is being damaged or at risk.

Inspections may be of reasonable duration. In case the Property is on the market for sale during occupation by the Visitor, the Visitor will allow access for inspection by appointment.

If the Visitor breaches any term of this agreement the Property Provider may re-enter the Property.

We may share details about the performance of obligations under this agreement by the Provider and Guest; past, present and future known addresses of the parties, with each other, with credit and reference providers for referencing purposes and rental decisions; with Utility and Water Companies, local authority Council Tax and Housing Benefit departments, Mortgage lenders, to help prevent dishonesty, for administrative and accounting purposes, or for occasional debt tracing and fraud prevention. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you are entitled, on payment of a fee which will be no greater than that set by statute, to see a copy of personal information held about you and to have it amended if it is shown to be incorrect. We do not sell Guest details to third parties.

The Lead Guest booking on behalf of other guests shall be held liable under the Terms and Conditions of this contract. If you are booking on behalf of others, please advise them of the terms and conditions contained herein.

We urge you to obtain holiday or travel insurance that will protect you against your costs incurred.
